Demiourgos.Holdings™ has launched several NFT/SFT Collections and here we shall detail how these NFT/SFT Collections will benefit their owners.

NFT/SFT Sales Discount System

Future NFTs/SFTs will benefit from a two-fold discount system.

NFT-based Discount System

Future NFT/SFTs sales will benefit from an NFT-based discount system, that will be applied via selling rounds:

• Snake SFTs owners will benefit from a 50% discount.

• Coding Division SFT owners will benefit from a 30% discount.

• All other NFT/SFT Asset owners will benefit from a 20% discount.

The NFT-based Discount System might not be applied for all parts of an NFT/SFT Collection and may be restricted to initial wave sales.

Elite Tier-based Discount System

Furthermore, within all selling rounds, an Elite Tier-based discount system will apply:

• Tier N/0 - no discount for combined quantities of Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn < 500.

• Tier 1 - 1% discount: 500 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 2 - 2% discount: 1.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 3 - 3% discount: 2.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 4 - 4% discount: 5.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 5 - 5% discount: 10.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 6 - 6% discount: 20.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

• Tier 7 - 7% discount: 50.000 combined Elite-Auryn/Vested Elite-Auryn required

This introduces another Utility mechanic for the Demiourgos Elite Tier System, which can become relevant, as Demiourgos.Holdings™ will execute all future capitalizations for Subsidiaries/Movies, etc via NFT/SFT Sale.

The Elite Tier-based Discount System will always apply, as soon as the Elite-Tracker SC is created.

Sale Funds

All Tokens gathered in Sales of all kinds will be used as follows:

1. 10% of all Tokens gathered will be Injected using the Coding.Division POT™

2. Remaining 90% will be used depending on the Tokens in question:

   1. 90% of the OURO gathered from sales will be added to the SLIP SC

   2. 90% of the SLIP Token gathered from sales will be distributed staggered as follows:

      1. 15% to the Snake Staking Module

      2. 30% to the Shareholders Staking Module

      3. 45% to the Subsidiary NFT Staking Module

3. 90% of all other Tokens except for SLIP and OURO will be gathered on the DH Treasury, in case sales with other tokens except SLIP and OURO will occur.
