The Demiourgos.Holdings™ Lending Platform allows people to lend their curated assets in exchange for USDC. Curated assets are assets that the Company sees as valuable, and only these Assets are accepted for lending. These assets are:
All Demiourgos NFTs/SFTs.
Most of Tokens existing on its own VestaX.Finance™ DEX.
The NFT/SFT Valuation scales with their Subsidiary Score. In cases where, for a single SFT/NFT, multiple Subsidiary Scores are possible, the highest score is taken in consideration. The Subsidiary Score is detailed .
The Token Valuation used for computing the amount of USDC to be given to the Lender is taken from its own VestaX.Finance™ DEX.
The Following Values are set:
Amount that is borrowed is (50% + Borrow %).
Weak Liquidation Threshold is (70% + Borrow %) of their Floor Price/Swap Value at that point in time.
Strong Liquidation Threshold is (77% + Borrow %) of this Value.
The Borrow % is:
1% per Elite Account Tier of the Assets designated Value in DEB 1.0.
Depicted in the Table Below for DEB v2:
ST | T1 | T2 | T3 | T4 | T5 | T6 | T7 |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
nT0 | 0 | ||||||
nT1 | 0 | ||||||
ST1 | 0 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
ST2 | 0 | 2.2 | 3.2 | 4.2 | 5.2 | 6.2 | 8 |
ST3 | 1 | 2.4 | 3.4 | 4.4 | 5.4 | 6.4 | 9 |

The designated Value for NFTs is their sale floor price. For Tokens is their swap value.
While the loan is running, both the Weak Health Factor (computed using the Weak Liquidation Threshold) and the Strong Health Factor (computed using the Strong Liquidation Threshold) are computed and displayed for that loan.
Behaviour of the loan during its run is as follows:
If the loan is in Safe State, the loan runs with no liquidation regardless of both the Weak Health Factor and the Strong Health Factor.
If the loan enters unsafe state and the Weak Health Factor is above 1, it can continue to run.
If the loan enters unsafe state and the Weak Health Factor is below 1, but the Strong Weak Factor is above 1, it enters the Grace Period.
If the loan enters unsafe state and the Strong Health Factor is below 1, it will get liquidated on the spot.
If the loan is in unsafe state with the Weak Health Factor above 1, and the payment period has expired and the loan hasn't been settled, (the only way the loan can reach this point without entering the Grace Period is to not pay and remain with the Weak Health Factor above 1), it will enter the Grace Period. Now it depends on the Strong Health Factor.
