The following conversion rates will be used and they are scaling with Elite Account Tier:
Conversion from "Precious Metal Standard Token" to USDD
The following conversion rate will be used, when converting from "Precious Metal Standard Token" to USDD, ex from GSC to USDD, the percent represent the % of the price given by the oracle.
Base Conversion % is 90%, plus a bonus given by the Demiourgos Elite Tier.
In DEB v1, its 1% per Elite account Tier.
