The Wonder Coach Collection was created by Demiourgos.Holdings™ as a way to distribute Wonder Coach Movie Profits to its investors, for life.

Wonder Coach is the first Movie made by Demiourgos.Holdings, and the first Movie ever made with Blockchain Funds on the MultiversX™ Blockchain.

Monetisation Schema

Wonder Coach Movie Profits will be distributed using the following general Schema:

• 50% to Demiourgos Shareholders

• 10% to Nosferatu NFT Collection

• 40% to Wonder Coach NFT Collection

HOWEVER, Demiourgos.Holdings prioritises a 2x return-of-investment on the purchase/mint of the Wonder Coach NFT Collection, and until this 2x investment is achieved, the Wonder Coach NFT Collection will be prioritised for the dispensed Rewards.

Collection Composition

The Collection consists of 3 Set SFTs and 30 Individual SFTs, with each Set comprising 10 Individual SFTs. There are three quality categories: Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each quality category includes 1 Set and 10 Individual SFTs.

• Golden Sets: 200

• Silver Sets: 500

• Bronze Sets: 1000

To complete each Set, you need all 10 Individual SFTs from that set, also referred to as "fragments." Therefore, there are:

• 2,000 Individual Golden SFTs (200 of each 10)

• 5,000 Individual Silver SFTs (500 of each 10)

• 10,000 Individual Bronze SFTs (1,000 of each 10)

Wonder Coach Mint

80% of all Fragments will be offered for mint. That is:

• 1.600 Golden SFT Fragments

• 4.000 Silver SFT Fragments

• 8.000 Silver SFT Fragments

Therefore, a total of 13,600 SFT Fragments will be available for the mint.

The mint will be random with 30$ for the Mint of one Fragment. Mint will be available in:

• vEGLD, MEX, USDC, USDD, OURO.

Remaining SETs and Sale Funds Usage

The company will retain 40/100/200 Golden/Silver/Bronze Sets to be distributed as it sees fit (for example, to people involved in the movie making, company employees, sponsorships, etc.).

The sale funds will be used in the following manner:

• 10% of the Funds will be distributed to Coding Division Split, via NFT staking

• 90% of the funds will be used as follows:

  • OURO funds will be injected into the SLIP

  • vEGLD/MEX/USDD/USDC, will be used to increase the liquidity on VestaX.Finance™ and xExchange™ Liquidity Pools (Stable Swap Pool, USDD-MEX Pool, etc)
