ESTAR Buyout

The acquisition deal entail:

• Estar will keep 50% of the ESTAR.Games™

• Demiourgos will keep 20% of ESTAR.Games™

• 30% of Estar Games will be sold to Demiourgos Gaming Division

  • 10% of Estar Games to be owned by 1000 Golden Gaming Division SFTs

  • 10% of Estar Games to be owned by 2000 Silver Gaming Division SFTs

  • 10% of Estar Games to be owned by 4000 Bronze Gaming Division SFTs
