Reserved Ouroboros: R|OURO-Q3X8L2RRNWfk
Vested Ouroboros: V|OURO-FPqVjgTGl4N8

Ouroboros (Ticker OURO) is the primary token of Ouronet, designated as the "Gas Source" Token. It is a DPTF Ouronet Token, designed to serve as a "Liquid" Store-of-Value.

Statistics

  • Migrated from MultiversX, with a current Total Supply (TS) at the time of migration of around 820,000 Units.

  • Maximum Theoretical Supply (MTS) is capped at 10,000,000 Units.

  • Daily Emission is calculated as 1/10,000 (one ten-thousandth) of the difference between the MTS and TS.

Functionality

  • Freely transferable with no fees, making it ideal for various payment applications.

  • Serves as the Principal Token in the creation of Ouronet SWP-Pairs. When creating a Liquidity Pool (Type W or P), at least one Principal Token must be used. For S-Type Pools, the first token must already be connected to a Principal Token.

  • Functions as the single Reward Token in the Auryndex ATS-Pair.

  • Serves as the source for generating Ouronet GAS (Ignis Token) through Sublimation. Ignis is required to pay for all Ouronet Transactions.

  • Can generate Reserved Ouro when reservations are opened. Reserved Ouro can only be used for Company Mints, providing a 15% discount compared to native OURO.

  • Can be vested into Vested Ouro, a special DPMF Token, to create a vesting mechanism.

  • Can be autostaked and vested in a single transaction, generating Vested-Auryn.

  • Can be double-autostaked and vested in a single transaction, generating Vested-EliteAuryn.

Ouroboros Dispo-Credit (Overspend) for Standard Ouronet Accounts

Standard Ouronet Accounts can overspend Ouroboros, resulting in a negative balance. This feature becomes available starting from Demiourgos Elite Account Tier 3.3. The maximum allowable negative balance depends on several factors:

  1. Demiourgos Elite Account Level:

    • Determines the Ouroboros Dispo-Percent, which starts at 11.5% at Tier 3.1 and increases up to 14.9% at Tier 7.7.

    • All Elite-Auryn Variants contribute to this percentage.

  2. Elite-Auryn Holdings:

    • The total amount of Elite-Auryn owned by the Standard Ouronet Account is used as the base value.

    • The Dispo-Percent is applied to this base, resulting in a specific Elite-Auryn Value, which serves as the foundation for calculating the Maximum Ouroboros Dispo.

  3. Final Calculation:

    • The Base Elite-Auryn Value is multiplied by:

      • EliteAuryndex (ATS-Pair Index)

      • Auryndex (ATS-Pair Index)

    • This results in the maximum amount of Dispo Ouro that can be overspent (i.e., the negative balance limit).

Ouroboros Overspend Conditions for Standard Ouronet Accounts

  1. Elite-Auryn as Collateral:

    • While a Standard Ouronet Account has a negative Ouroboros balance, no Elite-Auryn can be moved.

    • Existing Elite-Auryn serves as collateral until the balance is restored.

    • Since Elite-Auryn cannot be transferred while Ouroboros balance is negative, any incoming Elite-Auryn will also be locked.

  2. Restoring Balance:

    • Any incoming Ouroboros is automatically applied to the negative balance, gradually bringing it closer to 0.0.

    • Once the balance reaches 0.0 or more, all Elite-Auryn is unlocked and can be used freely.

    • The negative balance can be maintained indefinitely with no risk of liquidation.

  3. Daily Increase in Dispo Limit:

    • Since the EliteAuryndex and Auryndex indices increase daily, the maximum Ouroboros Overspend also increases over time.

  4. Emergency Balance Reset (Elite-Auryn Conversion):

    • If a user needs access to their Elite-Auryn but cannot generate Ouroboros to cover the negative balance, they can use a dedicated function to reset the balance.

    • This function spends a portion of their locked Elite-Auryn to automatically bring the Ouroboros balance to zero.

    • The required Elite-Auryn amount is 2.5x the negative Ouroboros balance.

      • 1.0x is used to cover the debt.

      • 1.5x is allocated to strengthen the EliteAuryndex (ATS-Pair Index).

Ouroboros Overspend for Demiourgos Treasury

The Demiourgos Treasury receives 10% of the daily Ouroboros Emission but also has the unique ability to overspend Ouroboros beyond its current balance.

Treasury Dispo Parameters

There are four types of Treasury Dispo Parameters that define how much Ouroboros the Treasury can overspend:

  • Type 0 – No Treasury Dispo

    • The Treasury cannot overspend Ouroboros.

  • Type 1 – Total Dispo

    • The maximum overspend is equal to the entire Ouroboros Total Supply.

  • Type 2 – Promile-Based Dispo

    • Overspending is capped at a percentage of the Total Supply.

    • Example: A value of 320.0 allows up to 32% of the Total Supply to be overspent.

  • Type 3 – Absolute Value Dispo

    • Overspending is set to a fixed amount (in thousands).

    • Example: A value of 250.0 means the Treasury can overspend up to 250,000 Ouroboros.

Debt Repayment Methods

While the Demiourgos Treasury has a negative Ouroboros balance, it has three ways to pay off the debt:

  1. Covering the Debt with Incoming Ouroboros

    • The Treasury can collect Ouroboros from mints or market buy-ins and transfer it back to cover the deficit.

  2. Partial Debt Wipe (Controlled Inflation)

    • The Treasury can partially erase the debt, effectively increasing the Ouroboros supply by the wiped amount.

  3. Total Debt Wipe (Full Supply Expansion)

    • The Treasury can completely erase the debt, increasing the Ouroboros supply by the total debt amount.

Debt Management Policy

  • Demiourgos.Holdings™ prioritizes method 1 (repayment via collection).

  • Methods 2 and 3 (partial or total debt wipes) are considered emergency measures.

  • If methods 2 or 3 are required, the Treasury will make official community announcements before execution.
