Overview
The Spark Token is a unique digital asset launched on the Ouronet Virtual Blockchain, designed to support innovative fundraising initiatives. The first issuance of Spark Token is dedicated to promoting the movie "Cine Nu e Gata" - Wonder Coach, offering investors a structured opportunity to participate in a cinematic project while earning a financial return.
Token Purpose
Spark Token serves as a fundraising mechanism akin to a crowdfunded investment. Funds raised through the initial token sale will be allocated to marketing and promotional activities for the movie Wonder Coach Movie, ensuring maximum visibility and impact for the project.
Token Mechanics
Initial Sale
Total Supply: 35,000 Spark Tokens
Price per Token: $1 USD, payable in Kadena (KDA) or Wrapped Kadena (WKDA), facilitated by DIA Oracles on Kadena Chain 2, using Ouronet Virtual Blockchain
Stage 1 Sale Objective: Raise funds to support the promotional campaign for the Wonder Coach Movie.
Redemption Process
Timeline: Tokens will be automatically redeemed two (2) months after the initial sale.
Redemption Mechanics:
User addresses holding Spark Tokens will be temporarily frozen for the Spark Token.
The entire Spark Token balance will be wiped from the user’s address, after which the Users Account will be unfrozen
An equivalent amount of Frozen Spark Tokens will be re-minted and sent to the user’s address.
Users will receive 1.4 USD worth of WKDA per Spark Token held, equivalent to a 40% return on their initial investment, based on the WKDA price at the time of redemption.
Example
If an investor purchases 10 Spark Tokens (only whole amounts can be bought) during the initial sale for $10 (in KDA or WKDA):
After 2 months, they will receive:
10 Frozen Spark Tokens (non-transferable, re-minted tokens).
$14 worth of WKDA (valued at the redemption date’s market price).

The funds raised on Stage 1 through the Spark Token sale will be used exclusively to:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the movie.

Future Rounds (Future Stages)
Upon successful completion of the initial redemption event, additional rounds of Spark Token sales may be issued to raise funds for other specific purposes related to the movie or future projects. Details of subsequent rounds will be announced as needed.
